I further confirm that my child will attend with their own device (tablet, laptop, or similar) as required for participation in learning activities, and that Annie’s Learning Lane is not responsible for the provision, loss, or damage of personal devices.

I acknowledge that Annie’s Learning Lane operates as a Learning and Play Centre, providing supplementary tutoring, educational support, and supervised play activities to assist parents in their home education responsibilities. The centre is not a school and is not responsible for registering the learner with any educational authority, determining academic progression, or the learner’s promotion or results.
